As a follow up to her "Surfin Santa", Carol wanted to create an active Santa that people can relate to along with some fun products for the consumer to buy.

So, "Holiday Lanes' was born. This group picks up on the renewed popularity of bowling, using bowling bags and bowling pins as icons. Millions watch bowling on tv and it is a family pastime in many states.

The fun pieces she created are useful frames, salt and peppers and a festive holiday ornament. The illustration of Santa at the bowling lanes will be used on a candy tin.

This theme touches on the retro styling that is so hot now as bowling shoes and bowling shirts become fashionista favorites.
